Instructions: If you are under age 18, and you are using your parent's credit card to purchase Point Card, make sure you get permission from your parents for every single purchase. If you are a first time buyer of Point Card using Paypal, you will not receive the card on the webpage, we will email you the card. And you will have to wait for exactly three days to make the second purchase. If you have 6+ months of PayPal customer history with Digital, your Point Card will display immediately on the website after purchasing. You will still receive the email confirmation as well. For customers without 6 months of PayPal customer history with Digital, the card will be sent to your PayPal email instead of displaying on the site after the payment. As a precaution, you might want to make sure the Point Card ordering email: purchase@mx.mail.tqdigital.com is added to your address book, so the confirmation email won't be spammed. If you have not received your Point Codes in the e-mail within 3 business days, please report your issues here. |
